Fire, mechanical and electrical engineering, delivered by one contractor.

Mechmor Engineering designs, installs, commissions and maintains fire protection, mechanical, electrical and industrial piping systems across Sri Lanka — coordinated as a single scope, so the services don't clash on site and the handover date holds.

Most projects fail on coordination, not components

Fire mains clash with ductwork. Cable tray runs into the sprinkler branch at second fix. Each subcontractor points at the other, and the client absorbs the delay.

We deliver mechanical, electrical and fire as one scope. The services are coordinated against each other before anything reaches site, which removes the clashes, the rework, and the weeks they add to a handover date.

Different buildings fail in different ways

A warehouse fire spreads through racked storage in minutes. A hotel's real risk is the kitchen and the sleeping occupancy above it. We engineer for the hazard that is actually present.

How a project runs

From the first site visit to the maintenance schedule that keeps the system certified.

Site assessment

We visit the site, review drawings and understand the operation, the risk and the authority requirements that apply.

Design & proposal

System design plus an itemised proposal naming standards, materials and equipment, so you can compare quotes fairly.

Supply & installation

Certified equipment installed by our own supervised teams, coordinated against the other trades on the programme.

Testing & commissioning

Every system tested and documented to standard, with certificates issued for authority and insurance submission.

Tell us what the building needs.

New installation, a compliance requirement, a breakdown or a maintenance contract — we will assess the site and give you an itemised proposal.
