Engineering Services Sri Lanka | Fire, MEP & Piping Works
Engineering services in Sri Lanka
Five service lines, each delivered end to end — site assessment, system design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and ongoing maintenance.
One contractor, one point of responsibility
Most building and factory projects fail on coordination rather than components. Fire mains clash with ductwork, cable tray runs into the sprinkler branch at second fix, and each subcontractor points at the other while the client absorbs the delay. We deliver mechanical, electrical and fire as a single scope, coordinated before anything reaches site.
01
Fire detection & protection systems
Complete fire systems for commercial, industrial and residential buildings, engineered to NFPA and BS standards and documented for local authority and insurance approval. A fire system has one job, and it has to do that job years after installation, on the one day it matters.

02
Mechanical installations & steel fabrication
Fabrication and mechanical installation for industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects. Fabrication quality is decided at the joint, and in Sri Lanka's humidity an unprotected weld becomes a corrosion failure point within a few seasons — so we control weld quality and finish the steel properly.

Coir twine machines & spare parts
We design and fabricate CT machines and precision spare parts for the coir industry. Manufacturing locally means no import lead time, parts machined to fit the machines you already run, and a service engineer who can reach your mill. Send us a worn part or its dimensions and we will make one that fits.

Electrical system installations
Complete LV electrical installation for factories, warehouses and commercial buildings, to IEC standards and local regulations. We size against actual connected load with allowance for expansion, because the most expensive electrical work is the installation that gets torn out when the factory adds a production line.

05
Industrial piping systems
Supply and installation of industrial pipework, pressure tested and commissioned before handover. Material selection decides whether a system lasts twenty years or leaks in three, so we specify against the actual service conditions — fluid, temperature, pressure, chemical exposure — rather than the cheapest available pipe.

How a project runs
Five stages from the first site visit to the maintenance schedule that keeps the system certified.
Site assessment
We visit the site, review drawings and understand the operation, the risk and the authority requirements that apply.
Design & proposal
A system design plus an itemised proposal naming standards, materials and equipment, so you can compare quotations on equal terms.
Supply & installation
Certified equipment installed by our own supervised teams, coordinated against the other trades on the programme.
Testing & commissioning
Every system tested and documented to the applicable standard, with certificates issued for authority and insurance submission.
Maintenance
Handover with operator training, then an Annual Maintenance Contract to keep the system certified and operational.
Installation is not completion
A system that works but cannot be evidenced will not pass inspection and will not satisfy an insurer. Every project is handed over with the full document set, in the format the authority asks for.
